Florida has a very broad public records law. As a result, most written communication, created to or received from local officials, and Town employees regarding Town business is considered public record and available to the public and media upon request, unless otherwise exempt. Your email or other communications to the Town may therefore be subject to public disclosure. 

Under Florida law, email addresses and telephone numbers are public records.  If you do not want your email address or telephone number released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this office. Instead, contact the Town by phone or in writing.
