Building impact fees — 2026

Palm Beach County impact fee schedules changed on January 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m., and updated schedules will be released on January 1 of each of the next two years. All components of the impact fee structure are affected, and the final assessment is based on the fee schedule in effect on the date a permit is issued, not the application date. Updated schedules are available through the Building Department, the Impact Fee Office and the county’s website.
