Free legal help for heirs’ property

Palm Beach County and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta are offering free legal assistance to eligible homeowners through the Heirs’ Property Family Wealth Protection Project. The program helps residents create wills, estate plans and deeds, avoid probate delays, and resolve issues with inherited property or tangled titles. Services are free for homeowners whose properties fall within designated census tracts.
